I graduated with my license in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2022, but my work with the human spirit began long before that. My background is a tapestry of high-stakes environments and creative healing. From founding a non-profit that brought non-traditional therapies to children in need to my time as a music therapist, I have always looked for beauty where others might see only struggle.
More recently, I have spent extensive time working within the most complex layers of the human experience—including corrections and forensic settings. Sitting across from individuals in their darkest moments has gifted me with a unique brand of radical empathy. I have learned that no one is defined solely by their worst day. I am a humanist at my core; I see your dignity first, your potential second, and your past only as the map we are using to find your future.
When I’m not in the "strategist" chair, I’m living the life I’ve chosen for myself. I am a wife, a mother, and a seeker of beauty in the everyday. I value the outdoors, the quiet power of mindfulness, and the profound resilience of the human heart. I don't just teach these tools; I do my best to live them.
